Key Responsibilities
The Continuous Improvement / Business Process Improvement (BPI) Manager will lead and direct the deployment of Lean Manufacturing throughout the enterprise to improve operating efficiencies across the full range of manufacturing operations. This position is responsible for developing and implementing systemic process improvement efforts that will result in increased productivity and manufacturing velocity, quality systems improvement, cost reduction, waste reduction, and maximize the organization's growth and profitability.
Fosters a culture that embraces BPI methodologies towards achieving or exceeding facility objectives and performance metrics. This includes development of overall annual site BPI plan.
Responsible for planning and engaging the site organization at all levels in the development, training, and implementation to meet plan objectives and business performance metrics.
Develops, maintains, and implements Continuous improvement training modules.
Develops standard work structure for kaizen events.
Oversees the implementation and consistent application of Lean techniques and continually evaluates areas for improvement.
Develops an infrastructure to support continuous improvement and quality initiatives.
Employs Lean Manufacturing methodology and analytics into organizational operations in order to accomplish business objectives.
Serves as a dynamic change agent and directly leads select business improvement projects.
Executes a strategy that drives cultural change within manufacturing operations aligned with the overall business strategy: to identify areas of continuous improvement, eliminate waste, decrease cost, promote uniformity of policies, and track progress.
Collaborates with site leadership to develop and measure Key Performance Indicators (KPI) on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Coach and Mentor leaders around the organization on continuous improvement fundamentals.

Minimum
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in an Engineering or Business related field of study.
At least 5 years' experience in Six Sigma, 5S, Kaizen and Lean disciplines
Experience training and mentoring of Six Sigma/Lean principles at multiple levels.
Experience supports track record of project accomplishment, passion, strong knowledge of and implementation of Quality process and /or BPI methodologies (5S, Sigma Logic , Lean Enterprise, and Business Process Excellence).
Demonstrated ability to obtain credibility with people at all levels in the organization and manage multiple activities
Excellent communications and influencing skills in an environment of multiple disciplines.

Experience:
Certificates and Licenses: Lean / Six Sigma Black Belt

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
