Responsibilities:
- Assist veterinarians and technicians in providing care to animals - Handle and restrain animals during examinations and procedures - Prepare and sanitize examination rooms, surgical areas and clinic in general - Administer medications and treatments as directed by veterinarians - Collect and prepare laboratory samples for testing - Perform basic laboratory tests, such as bloodwork and urinalysis - Take x-rays - Maintain accurate records of patient care, treatments, and medications Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience working with animals required - Knowledge of animal behavior and handling techniques - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work well in a team environment - Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately - Able to handle animals of various sizes and lift heavy objects Job Types:

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
