We are currently seeking a full time Receptionist.
Our ideal candidate is someone who is dependable, punctual, adaptable/flexible, detail oriented, proficient in multitasking, is a team player and has the ability to work efficiently in high stress situations.
Experience required.
Job duties include, but not limited to:
- Multitasking is essential for this position.
- Answering the phone.
- Scheduling appointments.
- Filing/uploading charts.
- Charting client communication.
- Faxing, checking clinic email, other clerical duties as needed.
- Maintaining cleanliness of front desk area.
- Daily cleaning required.
- Must be comfortable being around animals.
- Other duties as assigned/needed.
- Excellent customer service.
Hours will be 8am-5pm four days a week and rotating Saturdays from 8am-1pm.
There will be days where patient care will require us to stay past our scheduled closing time.
Our ideal candidate is willing to accommodate our patient care needs during these times.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
