Assessment Counselor (LSW, LPC, MFT)

We are looking for a Screener/Assessment Counselor to join our Delaware Ohio team.
The Screener/Assessment Counselor will be responsible for psychosocial assessments, brief screenings, treatment recommendations, and developing a comprehensive clinical treatment plan based on clinical information.
The Assessment Counselor will be the primary assessor for new patients and will be responsible for providing brief intervention for chemical dependency and mental health needs as well a crisis intervention, group therapy and individual therapy.
The Assessment Counselor must complete day-to-day service documentation as required and maintain effective communication while engaging clients in services.
The Assessment Counselor must have a valid state of Ohio Licensed Social Work (LSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) licensure.
Assessment Counselor Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in social work or master's degree in counseling, or marriage and family therapy required.
One year of more of counseling experience preferred.
Valid state of Ohio LSW, LPC, or MFT licensure required.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
