Qualifications:
A high school diploma or training and experience that are considered equivalent.
Demonstrated aptitude for the work to be performed.
Demonstrated interest in children and education.
Ability to work in a positive manner.
Strong attention to detail.
Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board of Education may find appropriate and acceptable.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Monitors students' non-classroom lab activities such as operating both manual and automatic screen printing machines, dryers, an exposure unit, an embroidery machine other related equipment, handling of ink and chemicals.
Communicates with building principal, assistant principals, and the Dublin Business Academy instructor to share information on students as needed.
Ability to oversee the operational side of a business and assist students in performing activities such as maintaining a production schedule, overseeing quality control, organizing and sorting items for orders, and dealing with suppliers.
Maintains a safe educational environment.
Refers students for inappropriate behavior to the building principal, assistant principal, or the Dublin Business Academy instructor.
Maintains an effective and positive working relationship with staff, students and parents.
Ensures the safety of students.
Establishes and maintains cooperative professional relationships.
Remains free of any alcohol or non prescription controlled substance and abuse of any prescribed controlled substance in the workplace throughout employment in the district.
Exhibits professional behavior, emotional stability, and sound judgment.
Serves as a role model for students in how to conduct themselves as citizens and as responsible, and intelligent human beings.
Understands the legal responsibility to help instill in students the belief, in and practice of, ethical principles and democratic values.
Maintains confidentiality and respect for confidential information at all times.
Other duties as assigned by the Superintendent or his/her designee.
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:
187 Days (179 work days, 8 paid holidays); 6.
5 hours per day excluding lunch to be established by Supervisor.
Salary as provided by the Negotiated Agreement.
Work year to be established by the Board of Education.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
