The following list of responsibilities may be added to but paints an accurate picture of what the day to day looks like.
Builds relationships with our patients Handles opening & closing duties Greets patients Answers phones Confirms appointments Schedules appointments Ensures hygiene schedule is full (refills changes) Ensures paperwork is completed and current Handles Solution Reach Checks emails Checks voicemails Stays on top of texts Marketing (Facebook, mailers, attends events, etc) Receives & sorts mail Prepares new patient envelopes Rewards patient referrals Communicates with referring offices Prepares office for back to work after vacation Submits deposits Office hours are Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday 8-5 with an hour lunch and Thursday 7-1.
