Accounting experience preferred PowerSchool Office Procedures Word Processing Data Bases Spreadsheets food service operations Must have evidence of good organizational skills The successfull candidate will be responsible for processing free and reduced price meal applications and records in compliance with Federal Regulations, reporting monthly meal service claim reports, processing orders, requistions, receipt of orders, payment authoriziations payments, invoicing, deposits, inventory maintenance, auditing employee timesheets, identification card production and database maintenance.
Other duties may include:
reception, processing of mail, operation of a variety of office machines and multiline telephone system.
