Job Description:
Responsible for driving data culture and delivering impactful analytics that provide actionable insights. Lead business analytics team to create certified datasets, standardized reporting, and delivery. Responsible for organization-wide tactical data governance activities to drive master data standards and consistency. Major Responsibilities Lead business analytics team by executing a vision for the delivery of next generation data and business analytics platform to key business stakeholders Design and implement analytics solutions to enhance efficiency and ensure scalability by collaborating with cross-functional resources Manage team responsible for creating and curating certified datasets, design and develop data visualizations, support data and analytics governance Effectively manage, mentor, and develop business analytics analysts, data stewards and analytics developers Responsible for global business analytics project management and coordination Oversee requirements gathering, data modeling, reports development, acceptance testing and deployment Develop and implement quality control standards/procedures that ensure business analytics projects delivered timely, accurately, and according to specifications Identify and recommend appropriate staffing needs. Conduct recruiting activities for both permanent and contract positions as necessary and per approved budget Lead with an innovative mindset that influences business direction and decisions Deliver and support long-term strategic goals & vision for business analytics platform in conjunction with business resources, data stewards, and other key stakeholders Responsible for data governance technology enablement to implement enterprise data catalog Identify use cases for advanced analytics, and deliver predictive insights by leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) tools Perform other duties as assigned Education and
Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in business or information technology or related field 4
years' experience in business analytics or information technology with 2
years leading business analytics cross functional projects 3
years working experience in business analytics tools such as Power BI (preferred), Tableau, Cognos, Business Objects Working experience in data modelling (star schema) and enterprise data warehouse tools such as Snowflake, Oracle, SQL Working experience in ERP or related transactional systems is a plus Manufacturing industry experience is a plus Project management PMP certification is a plus Knowledge and Skills:
Demonstrated abilities to combine business and technical perspectives with a strong customer service focus Must be able to handle multiple projects in a dynamic fast paced team environment Ability to work as part of a team, communicate effectively with peers, management, and third parties Self-motivated and directed Strong verbal and written communication skills. Salary Range:
$150K -- $200K
Minimum Qualification
